Mixer.fund ("Mixer", "we", "us") provides a social index platform on Solana. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
01Information We Collect
- Account information: username, email address, and a hashed password (if you register with email), or your wallet address and public profile data (if you connect a wallet or link an X/Twitter account).
- Wallet & on-chain data: public wallet addresses, transaction history, and portfolio ("Mixer") holdings associated with your account. This data is inherently public on the Solana blockchain.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/browser information, collected to operate and improve the service.
- Communications: any information you provide when contacting support.
We do not collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. You remain in control of your own keys at all times.
02How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process trades, deposits, and withdrawals through the Mixer smart contract
- Display portfolios, performance, and creator statistics
- Communicate service updates, security notices, or respond to support requests
- Maintain platform security and prevent fraud or abuse
- Improve and develop new features
03Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., hosting, database, authentication providers), under confidentiality obligations
- Blockchain networks, where transaction data is inherently public and permanent
- Legal authorities, if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
04Data Retention
We retain account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. On-chain data cannot be deleted, as it is recorded on the Solana blockchain.
05Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as password hashing and access controls) to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted or stored.
06Your Choices
- You may update or delete your off-chain account information by contacting us or through account settings, where available.
- You may disconnect linked wallets or social accounts at any time.
- On-chain activity (transactions, holdings) cannot be altered or removed, as it is part of the public blockchain ledger.
07Children's Privacy
Mixer is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Mixer after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
